With a few years of successful organization growth, we have a database of a few thousand clients and are very keen to make sure that they all are happy with our services and continue working with us. We have an open position for a bright, enthusiastic and caring person to look after our clients.

Below are some of the duties:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
  • Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with our services.
  • Alerting the team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.
  • Letting customers know about other services we offer.
  • Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s
  • Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
  • Updating the CRM and ensuring the team aware of changes within clients.

Other requirements: 

  • You would have a great personality
  • Bachelor or Master degree in business or Marketing
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Previous transferrable experience and a methodical approach to work.
  • Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
