Client Service Manager/Online Marketing

After a few years of successful organisation growth, we have a database of few thousand clients and are very keen to make sure that they all are happy with our services and continue working with us. We have an open position for a bright, enthusiastic and caring person to look after our clients. We provide a regular online support for our clients, what will be a part of your job to plan and produce online marketing materials.

Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
Extending company database with new clients through online video marketing or personal visits to new clients
Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with our services.
Alerting the team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.
Letting customers know about other services we offer
Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s
Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.

Other requirements:

  • You would have a great personality
  • Bachelor or Master degree in business or marketing
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Previous transferrable experience and a methodical approach to work.
  • Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
  • You shall not be afraid of learning new skills.
  • Skills or experience in production video marketing materials would be beneficial.
